That’s a hard question to ask, because mixing speakers really are part of a whole mixing environment, in other words, a lot of the sound and frequency range that you will be hearing comes from every aspect of the listening environment. You simply can’t just go around and ask studio guys “what are the best studio monitor?” and get them and expect them to work in your application the same way that they work in their application.
